Today I want to give you a super easy and quick recipe for Chocolate Banana Muffins, prepared in a Blender!
Here is what you need for 12 muffins:
3 large, ripe bananas
4 large eggs
165g almond butter (or peanut butter)
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
50g dairy free chocolate chips
Instead of the dairy free chocolate chips, you can of course break you favorite dairy free chocolate into little pieces and use that.
Once you gathered all the ingredients you should preheat your oven to 200°C and line your muffin tin with paper liners.
Then blend the bananas, eggs, almond butter, honey, baking powder and vanilla extract in your blender until smooth. After that you can divide that among your muffin cups and sprinkle them with your chocolate.
Your muffins are ready after they baked in the oven for about 16 – 18 minutes they should then be puffed and lightly browned.
