There have been so many times that I wanted to do a meal plan and prep the food before to make our lives easier. And each time I just don’t stick to the plan or prep the food, which makes life even harder instead of easier.
This year I decided to break this habit of mine. We’ll see how that one goes. 😅😂
Currently, I’m still in the process of finding recipes that I would like to try and trying to write a meal plan for a few weeks, that we can actually reuse after. Please tell me I’m not the only one struggling with this?!
We were thinking of having a vegetarian/vegan week now and then, plus a vegetarian/vegan day in each week, so that we get our vegetable intake.
